Whether it’s an old tattoo, faded microblading or permanent makeup that no longer suits you, correction treatments can help. We offer options to fade, improve or remove unwanted pigment.

Understanding Tattoo / PMU Concerns

Tattoo and permanent makeup concerns can develop for several reasons, and they are often linked to how pigment settles, changes or fades in the skin over time.

Some clients seek correction because the shape, colour or placement no longer feels right. Others may have pigment that has faded unevenly, changed tone, migrated slightly or become too dark for the desired result.

Permanent makeup can also be affected by skin type, pigment choice, previous technique, aftercare, sun exposure and how the skin naturally holds colour.

In some cases, older pigment needs to be lightened or removed before a new treatment can be carried out successfully.

Because tattoo and PMU correction is highly individual, a consultation is essential. This allows the area, pigment colour, depth and previous work to be assessed before recommending the safest and most suitable approach.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Uses Q-switched laser technology to break down tattoo ink particles beneath the skin, allowing the body to naturally clear them over time. Results vary depending on ink colour, depth, age of the tattoo and individual skin response. A course of sessions is typically required. A patch test and consultation are required prior to treatment.
Li-FT® Saline Tattoo Removal
Li-FT® Saline Tattoo Removal is a non-laser treatment designed to help lighten and lift unwanted pigment from the skin. It may be suitable for clients looking to correct or fade old permanent makeup, microblading, cosmetic tattooing or small areas of unwanted tattoo pigment. At The Yvette Clinic, your treatment will begin with a consultation so Kirsty can assess the area, understand your previous treatment history and advise whether saline removal is the right approach for your skin and pigment.
Powder Brows
Powder Brows are a permanent makeup treatment designed to create soft, fuller-looking brows with a beautifully defined shape and a gentle, shaded finish. Rather than copying the look of individual hair strokes, Powder Brows build colour gradually to create a polished, makeup-soft effect. The finished result can be as subtle or as defined as you feel comfortable with, depending on your natural brows, skin and personal style.
