What To Expect W h a t   T o   E x p e c t

Every client’s skin, treatment history and goals are different. That’s why treatment at The Yvette Clinic begins with a consultation, so Kirsty can assess your skin, understand what you would like to achieve and tailor her advice to you.

The information below gives a general guide to what you can expect, including treatment time, likely results and any downtime.

Treatment Time

Your appointment will include consultation, skin assessment, treatment planning and the injectable treatment itself.

The injection stage is usually relatively quick, but the assessment beforehand is important. Kirsty will review your skin quality, medical history and treatment goals before confirming whether Skin Booster Injections are appropriate.

Results

Skin Booster Injections work gradually.

Some clients notice that their skin looks fresher and more hydrated once the treatment has settled. Improvements in radiance, texture and overall skin quality may continue to develop over the weeks that follow.

A course of treatment may be recommended depending on your skin, the area being treated and the result you would like to achieve. Kirsty will advise on the most suitable plan during consultation.

Downtime

Skin Booster Injections usually involve minimal downtime.

You may notice small raised bumps at the injection points immediately after treatment. Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can also occur.

These effects usually settle as the product disperses, but it is sensible to avoid booking treatment immediately before an important event, especially if you are prone to bruising or swelling.
